I reckon this is one of the key skills that postgraduates learn in the their course - presentation. Yet when I read an article in the Guardian the other day saying that postgraduates switch off potential employers with their description of what they do I was surprised.

Surely it can't be that hard to come up with a 30 second, interesting description of what you spent the last year(s) researching.
