1. The privacy policy outlined here explains how Graduate Toolbox Ltd ("The Company") collect and use information about the users of the websites www.postgraduatetoolbox.net and www.graduatejunction.net. ("The Websites")
2. By using the website, you accept this Privacy Policy which forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By accepting this Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions, you consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

4. Postgraduates: When you register as a member for The Websites, we collect a small amount of information about you for identification purposes and so we can contact you with information. We store the information we collect in a database. Where appropriate, parts of that information are encrypted for extra security. Supplying this information is entirely your choice.

Advertisers: When you register as an advertiser we will collect information about you and your organisation for administrative purposes and to ensure your Advertisements are displayed on the correct section of the website(s). Any information about yourself or colleagues eg name and contact information that will be visible on the public side of the site will be clearly identified in advance. We will not pass on these details or details of transactions with The Company, unless required to do so by law.
6. All Users: You may also choose to leave comments or posts on parts of The Websites (e.g forum posts, cartoon captions etc.). You are responsible for the information you choose to communicate via the public side of the site. This site uses Google Analytics who request that we display this information on the site:

We record and store this information for statistical purposes without any references to specific individuals.
